Amy was the most helpful realtor we have ever worked with. We live abroad and so needed someone that we could trust to sell our home. Amy was phenomenal to work with.  This was our first experience working with a realtor, and we could not have been happier with the quality of work we received from her.  She was always available to answer our questions, send us comps, and set up last minute showings.  Our contract process was easy and clearly explained.  She helped us find solutions when our loan process got a little dicey the week before closing, and was just an overall joy to work with.  We've already recommended her to a friend of ours that is looking for a condo because of how much we enjoyed working with her.  If we ever decide to move again, buy a new home, or have someone ask for a good realtor, Amy would definitely be the only realtor on our minds.

Amy is the best! My wife and I are both in sales. Amy epitomizes all things in a great salesperson. Her follow up was spot on. Not too pushy but kept in touch just enough. Initially we were looking at renting a house in which she would not have received any commission. Amy assisted in that process thinking long term. In the end it paid off because we purchased a home instead of renting. On short notice Amy was available to show up houses for parts of three days! After the first couple houses Amy had figured out what we were looking for and was able to mostly show us houses that were a good fit. Finally when it came to closing, Amywas just as helpful. Even though we were moving from out of state, she went out of her way to assist and guided us along the way. I would highly recommend this hard working, enthusiastic, skilled professional!

Amy helped us with the sale of a mountain property with a 46 year old home on it. By closing we had to update the well, replace the furnace, and make several exterior repairs. We had used this only as a summer home for the last 10 years and had done only minimal updating during that time. We initially interviewed four other impressive, successful realtors. We decided to include Amy in the interview process as she had just sold the home next door to us. We had a good feeling about her and signed a listing agreement for 90 days. We had a complicated contingent offer and Amy worked tirelessly every step of the way. We moved furniture together and she constantly found workers, trash haulers, house cleaners for each hurdle we faced during the process.
